Richard Gubbins Since early childhood Richard always had a keen interest in business. Since obtaining an Economics degree, he finds the day to day business has been the real education. Kevin Nolan Is a founding Director of Azpiral with a passion for sales and new opportunities. Outside of work he is heavily involved in coaching kids Gaelic Football and Hurling in his local GAA Club in Waterford.
John Ryan Having qualified as a certified accountant, John worked for Wyeth Nutritionals, before setting up a consultancy firm. He is a founding director of Azpiral and also holds an Economics Diploma from the University of London.
Danny McArdle Danny is from Limerick where he studied Computer Science and Technology Commercialization. His been killing IT for 15 years. Hobbies include chasing his dogs Bear and Loki around mountain trails and playing football.
Clara O’Shea Having joined the customer service team Clara brings a wealth of experience from previous roles. Her keen interest in all things social media means that she is very customer centric. At weekends you find her supporting her daughter in all things sporting.
Aidan Kinane Aidan is from Tipperary and believes ‘Don’t worry if it doesn’t work right first time. If everything did, we’d all be out of a job.
Aileen Crawford Aileen is from Limerick and previously worked in Dublin, London, Sydney and Melbourne. She studied at University of Limerick. In her spare time she enjoys supporting Limerick hurling, travelling and time with her family.
Karyn O’Doherty is a native of Limerick. She has worked in the IT Development Industry for 19 years. She studied Computer Engineering & Applied Maths & Computing in UL. She is passionate about her family and dogs, and enjoys Tai chi, yoga, travel, shopping and is addicted to GOT and TWD.
Massimo Gullo Before Azpiral, Massimo worked for Apple Computers and Google, as a Support Engineer, Trainer and Product Specialist. Massimo has been in the IT industry for over 8 years.
Sylwia-Chrzan studied pedagogy in Poland. Since moving to Ireland she gained administration and reception experience. Sylwia is interested in healthy living and traveling. In her free time she likes to bake and spend time with her family.
Matthew Lyons Matthew is from Charleville, Co. Cork. He has worked in IT support since before windows XP. He is the house tech in the schoolyard theatre in Charleville where he spends his time climbing ladders to light plays. He is also afraid of heights.

Rajesh Abraham Rajesh completed a masters in computer application from India and started his IT career in 1997. He is passionate about Microsoft technologies, cricket & soccer. Watching films, documentaries and reading autobiographies are his hobbies.
Rob Abratowski Rob loves solving problems in SQL Server especially performance problems. He focuses on the creation process, working with programmers to build solutions. He makes sure Azpiral databases are always on their feet and running fast.
Denise Coyle Joined the team many years ago having worked in previous customer service roles. Each day Denise strives for and her team to bring the best customer experience possible for our customers. Outside of work Denise likes nothing better than time with her 3 boys!!
Ruth Grant Ruth is originally from Limerick and has been working in Software QA for over 10 years with a large focus on the Loyalty industry. In her spare time you will find her in a Crossfit gym throwing a barbell around and finishing it all off with an ice cold Gin & Tonic.
Edgar Jastre is Brazilian, graduated in IT and certified Microsoft .NET and Xamarin Mobile. His favourite sport is surfing. In his free time he likes playing video games, watching movies and TV series..
Rachel McGloughlin is from offaly and studied in Limerick, she has been working in software development since 2003 and she likes crossfit in her spare time.
Kelsey DeWit Kelsey was born and raised in Michigan but loves living in Ireland. Trained as a Drama therapist in the UK, she brings plenty of experience in communication and customer service. She likes to spend her free time reading, doing theatre, and traveling.

Payback launches ‘Play or Park’ Loyalty program for Topaz and receives employment grant funding from Enterprise Ireland to increase employment numbers from 14 to 28.

Azpiral processes 200m customer interactions. Our customers TotalHealth pharmacy sign 100,000 customers to their loyalty program, and Circle K makes waves with their Cash for Clubs campaign using Azpiral software.
Azpiral earns ISO/IEC 27001 accreditation. Preparations begin for an infrastructural move to Microsoft Azure. Barista bar loyalty launches in 340 stores. The company wins include Glanbia and Kepak.
Azpiral successfully completes a huge infrastructural move to Microsoft Azure, making it a cloud-based software that can support systems seamlessly across the world. New offices open in Limerick. Project wins include Avia Netherlands and Gulf Oil UK.
