At Azpiral, we have been almost as busy as our customers over the past few months, since COVID-19 propelled us into unforeseen circumstances and a national lockdown, changing how we work and live overnight.
Many of our clients faced huge challenges trying to navigate dramatic changes to business operations while ensuring strict measures to maintain their staff and customers health and safety.
Our own business had to adjust too. Employees for the first time worked from home. Some shared their workspace with their children, spouses, and housemates. Strategy meetings were conducted on Microsoft teams with at least one person cutting in and out due to poor Wi-Fi. Internal projects were brought forward and Azpiral employees had to learn quickly and, on the go, how to use new software. We would like to thank them for their resilience and consistency.
As we remerge into the “New Normal” with Kids gone back to school we understand our clients need to be able to engage with lost customers and restore confidence. Loyalty has never been so important to many of our clients.
Our clients, new and existing, need to be supported during this time. So going forward they can offer their customers something different and exciting while still reminding their customers of the safety measures in place.
We have redesigned our website adding new content, industry news, a Definitive Guide to Loyalty programmes and checklists to help inspire and educate our visitors.
We have also created an Azpiral Loyalty Academy, which will launch soon, it contains a series of short and easy tutorial videos to help AzpiralPRO users get even more from their loyalty software and bring their loyalty programme to a new level.
With social distancing restrictions still in place, many of you still working from home and the cancellation of industry events, we will be working harder than ever to nurture our relationships with our customers, develop new products and services to help our clients grow their business as they continue to support their customers and employees.
