Requirements
• Provide technical and application expertise for application support problems, liaising with the customers.
• Phone based training of users on use of the Software Systems
• Experience in troubleshooting issues on all applications, Incident management, resolution and escalation in a support environment.
• The person should have training in the following areas: SQL Query Language Skills, Supporting Databases, Microsoft OS and an understanding of Web / Mobile applications.
• The candidate should be interested in providing a high quality service & customer experience to clients
• A solid understanding of databases, query languages and how they are utilised is required.
• An understanding of basic programming principles would be beneficial.
• The candidate should feel comfortable working on own initiative as well as in a team.
• Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn are essential.

 

Desirable
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Knowledge and experience in networking, hardware and routers.
• Innovative, flexible, problem-solving approach focussed on delivering the best solution to the customer.
• Ability to work proactively with technology partners to ensure achievement of product installation deadlines.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server
