I started with Azpiral in May 2016 and having worked for many different companies, Azpiral is one of the best. It’s a company that has a friendly, happy and caring culture. Azpiral is forward thinking and isn’t afraid of newer technologies. As systems administrator it makes my job interesting to try new things as well as a varied role going from user support to new server releases.
I joined Azpiral in May 2015. I had just arrived in Ireland coming from Brazil, everything was new for me, and Azpiral's staff welcomed me as a family. For me, working at Azpiral is a great pleasure. I joined Azpiral in 2013 as the Development Team Lead, later moving to a Development Manager position. In Azpiral I have the opportunity to coach, support and empower a team of IT professionals working in an Agile environment. Teamwork, collaboration, and working smart are key to our success in delivering new and innovative software as Azpiral’s development group. The team are challenged every day to create technical solutions that deliver and exceed our client’s expectations. Azpiral is a fun and creative workplace to be part of.
For the past 8+ years. I have worked in various departments of this organisation. So, I have gotten the opportunity to see various sides of this organisation and I gained amazing experience from all of them. I have also seen how our collective efforts have contributed to the growth of the company. The approachable nature of everyone at Azpiral, allows you draw from a wealth of knowledge and best practices for personal development. I have recently joined the Azpiral team. Very quickly I realized the company was fully committed to offering the highest level of service to its clients. Since joining, I feel I have learned so much. I liaison with our technical support team and our clients daily. With each day I am faced with exciting new challenges. In my position, I get the opportunity to develop both my communication skills and my problem-solving skills. I am enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow in my role.
I joined the company as a temp in 2007 and I have worked my way up to my current position as Support Manager. In my time here I have seen the company grow. The company strives to offer the highest level of service to its clients.
When I first started with Payback on January 29th 2007 it was a small company of 6 people, now in 2016 our company has grown to 30 people and continues to grow at a steady pace. I have made many friends and collected some great memories over the years. I truly appreciate all that I have learnt from my seniors and I am very proud to be a part of Azpiral.
Having worked for large multinationals throughout my career working for Azpiral is a wonderful experience as every day involves working in a true team environment where everyone is working together towards a common goal.
My main motivation for joining Azpiral centred on the incredible growth potential for both myself and the company. I am faced with exciting new challenges every day, and my management team provides me with the information and support to overcome any roadblocks.
