In 2014 we were looking for a loyalty programme that could be rolled out across all our pharmacies who used a number of different EPOS systems. We wanted our customers to be able to avail of loyalty in any totalhealth Pharmacy in the group, we were looking for an integrated system. Azpiral were able to deliver and we found their system to be the answer. We can now manage all our loyalty customer engagements, run points promotions and special offers across the entire group using AzpiralPRO. The totalhealth Pharmacy VIP Loyalty scheme is now implemented across 50 of our stores. With Azpiral we really feel that we are in touch with our customers’ needs and can respond quickly. The VIP Loyalty Programme has been an integral part of growing the totalhealth brand.
The great thing about working with Azpiral is that everything is managed centrally through the great team in Limerick. Before PLAY or PARK launched, we were looking for a partner that could power our customer engagement goals as we wanted the PLAY or PARK programme to really engage our customers. In order to achieve these goals, we needed to be able to create a central platform to engage with our customers over multiple channels such as Web, App, Email, SMS and through the EPOS. We needed software that was going to facilitate the planned growth for our business and AzpiralPRO has definitely proven itself. Initially, we launched the loyalty in 17 stores but have since implemented the system across 28 sites with no difficulty.
