Corrib Oil Rewards loyalty programme launched in 2008. Its longevity can be tributed to Corrib’s continued commitment to understanding their customers and meeting their customers’ needs.
Corrib oil has a large network of 10 home heating oil depots and 16 petrol stations across the west of Ireland. Identifying and communicating with their customers is very important to them as many of their customers are commuters or in rural areas.
Corrib Oil uses azpiralPRO points promotions and offers to reward customer loyalty and gain valuable insights into their customers’ behaviour, leading to a deeper understanding of our customer base. These insights have allowed them to make better marketing decisions for their business.
