Kepak is a b2b Irish food company serving international retailers and foodservice. Kepak employs over 3,000 people across 30 markets. Kepak operates with many brands and distributors to supply products to their end customers i.e restaurants. The challenge Kepak faced is that they were getting no sales data on what the end customer (foodservice operators such as restaurants, shops etc.) were buying from their Distribution Partners. Kepak launched their loyalty programme food alliance to reward high-value end customers on their supply chain. This gave Kepak clear visibility on their customer and sales data while also creating an opportunity to reward and engage the end customers.
