Irish Pharmacy group reaches 100,000 Loyalty members in just three years
totalhealth Pharmacy group launched their VIP loyalty program in 2014, across 55 pharmacies in Ireland. totalhealth’s main objective, when they decided to pursue loyalty, was to use the loyalty programme to assist in their strategy of creating a strong customer facing brand and to aid brand amalgamation across the Group.
Since then the VIP loyalty program has continued to grow year on year in popularity and recently achieved its 100,000 VIP Loyalty member.
This continued loyalty success can be largely contributed to totalhealth’s loyalty marketing initiatives over the past three years.
totalhealth utilised the AzpiralPRO platform to deliver loyalty marketing initiatives such as the birthday club, various points promotions, targeted treats and competitions that appealed to their customers wants and needs, which encouraged great participation in the VIP loyalty program.
totalhealth leveraged integrated loyalty software(AzpiralPRO) to continue to develop an understanding of their customer base.
This meant totalhealth were able, using the AzpiralPRO, to reward their most loyal customers and communicate with them effectively via SMS and email.
Using the analytics tool on the AzpiralPRO enabled totalhealth’s marketing team to identify the ROI on different marketing campaigns and in turn, totalhealth have fine-tuned their marketing strategy resulting in a 71% communications opt-in rate. This is huge compared to the industry average.
