totalhealth customer loyalty Case study

totalhealth is a group of independent pharmacies who have come together under the symbol brand of totalhealth Pharmacy. The group consists of over 60 independent pharmacies nationwide working together to give all the benefits of being part of a large retail brand to their customers. In 2005, four Roscommon pharmacists came together to see how they could improve their buying power by buying together for the benefit of their customers. Pharmacists wanted to offer more benefi ts to their customers while building a consumer facing brand that would compete in the marketplace under a common symbol and image. In essence, the Group wanted an excellent brand that would reflect all their values.
